On this page you will find details about how to return or exchange your purchases made online or in stores. Following is the details procedure for exchanging your item due to some defect or wrong color or size.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS
- Please do not accept order if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
- You must have to provide your accurate name and address. Please provide the reason why do you want to return the item as it will help us to improve our customer experience and articles.
- If you request a size change or product change, the customer will be responsible for delivery charges. The courier replacement facility is available across Pakistan.
- If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will exchange those products. Any defect in product can be claimed on presentation of original receipt within 7 days of order receiving.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
- Note: Discounted Items cannot be exchanged except only if they are defective in any way.
